Miss Oshkosh is more than a title. It’s an opportunity to discover your strengths, find your voice, serve your community and take the next step toward your future.

Since 1953, the Miss Oshkosh Scholarship Competition has helped young women turn ambition into opportunity. Rooted in the heart of our community, our program celebrates the talent, determination, compassion and individuality of every participant.

Proudly sponsored by the Oshkosh Area Women’s Association since 1963, Miss Oshkosh continues a tradition built on a simple but powerful belief: when we invest in young women, we invest in the future of our entire community.

A Legacy of Opportunity

For generations, Miss Oshkosh has opened doors to education, personal growth, leadership and lifelong connections.

Through the generosity of our sponsors, donors, volunteers and community partners, the program has awarded more than $316,000 in scholarships to 470 young women since 1970.

These scholarships represent more than financial support. They represent encouragement, possibility and a community that believes in the dreams of its next generation.

And the impact doesn't end when the competition is over. The confidence, experiences, friendships and skills developed along the way can continue to shape a young woman's future for years to come.
