The title of Miss Oshkosh's Teen is part of the Miss Oshkosh Scholarship Organization. Young women ages 13-17, working, living, or attending school in Winnebago County, Wisconsin compete annually for the title. Miss Oshkosh's Teen is an official local preliminary to Miss Wisconsin's Teen and Miss America's Teen.

The first Miss Oshkosh's Teen was crowned in 2014.
